Short-listed candidates access their section of i-match to record a video introduction, answer carefully-selected qualification questions and even participate in a video assessment process. They enthusiastically engage with i-match because it enables them to tell their story. And based on the McQuaig assessments, they learn before interviewing begins, how well they fit with hiring team expectations. This insight gives them more confidence in the overall process and also assures more insightful and productive interviews for the hiring team.

Client Engagement
The hiring team can easily access all relevant candidate information on the platform, like a Candidate Video Introduction, answers to Key Competency Questions, Video Interview Responses, Mc Quaig Assessment results, resumes, recruiting notes, and more. They can also “score” each candidate on key competencies and qualifications critical to the role using the Dynamic Scoring Index, and share notes and observations with other members of the team. Only designated hiring team members can access this section of i-match, so all information remains confidential and secure.
